DY-2 is a kind of VDF homopolymer with pretty high mass flow rate of melt and melt viscosity and is in the category of thermalplastic fluororesin. This resin can resist most of the chemical media with characteristics of superb heat resistance, high mechanical strength, high wear resistance, UV resistance and radiation resistance. DY-2 can be used as resin for fluorine powder containing coatings.
This VDF homopolymer slightly decomposes when temperature is above 300℃ and gives off hydrogen fluoride gas.

Precautions
1. DY-2 should be packed and sealed in double-layer PE bags and then put into hard carton pails. The net content of each pail shall be 20kg. The product can be packed in accordance with the requirements of the users as well.
2. DY-2 should be stored in clean and dry warehouses.
3. Measures should be taken to avoid strenuous vibration and dampness when the product is being transported.
4. It should be avoided to process and use the product at temperatures high than 370℃ for prevention of poisonous fumes produced from decomposition.
